RETREAT DESCRIPTION


"Morocco is a rich mix of ancient history, vibrant culture, and breathtaking natural beauty, all of which come together to create a country like no other.


We have organized for you an all included packin a beautifull Eco Surf resort. You’ll experience Sup Surfin in the best conditions you’ve ever had. Desert peaks, warm water, perfect waves… everything you need to practice and enjoy your favorite sport!



Goals and points we will work on:


  • Improve the choice of waves during the session and how to better manage their energies at sea.
  • The power and resistance of the paddle
  • Give balance in the various moments of surfing.
  • Train unpredictability, train the mind to face any situation and make decisions at sea in a short time.
  • Flexibility during navigation and on maintaining the center of gravity.
  • Choose the ideal board and fins suitable for our sessions.
  • Understand each surf spot. (Beach break, point break, off-shore, side-off, side-on and on-shore wind conditions).
  • Internal video analysis (post-surf)
  • "Mind Setting" session daily indoor and outdoor training, stretching session together (post surf) Briefing Recap of the day.
